When my watch broke, I had a surprisingly hard time finding replacement parts. With some other brands I’ve owned, it’s been easy to track down what I needed or get it fixed quickly, but this one took a lot more searching than I expected.

I usually go by a simple rule: if something gets fixed quickly and I don’t have to chase anyone, I’m happy. That was the case here. My watch came back working fine, no drama, no extra back-and-forth

I ordered the watch based on the description, but when it showed up it really didn’t match at all. The size was different and some of the details weren’t like what was listed. Frustrating tbh, since that’s the whole reason I picked it. I don’t think I’d trust the product info here again.

I ordered this from Aristo Uhrenvertrieb and have been wearing it most days since. It’s been a really practical daily watch for me because it sits comfortably on my wrist, doesn’t feel bulky, and is light enough that I don’t keep noticing it during the day.
The strap has been comfortable too, even after wearing it for a full day, which is a big plus. The only thing that took a little getting used to was the clasp, but once I figured it out, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a solid 4-star watch for everyday wear.

I paid by card and it went through without any issues. I was feeling a bit impatient at the time, so the confirmation seemed to take longer than I expected, but it did come through and everything was fine in the end.
